MEET THE TEAM

Our team consists of 70 head office staff, plus over 1,000 field based representatives who cover the whole of the UK, including Northern Ireland. The driving force behind Quickdox is our experienced, talented and passionate management team, who are dedicated to ensuring we offer you standard setting service.

	Mark Butterwick - Managing Director Mark sets the bar. He ensures the company maintains the highest customer service standards across all divisions. His goal is to make Quickdox recognised and respected as the UK’s first choice in document completion and collection services. Mark has more than 18 years’ experience within the financial services sector, most notably as the founder of the Compass Finance Group. When Chief Operating Officer at Compass Mark led a successful AIM floatation.


	Neil Humber - Sales and Marketing Director Neil spreads the word. He has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services working for banks and finance houses running both sales functions and arrears management departments. Neil puts his accumulated wealth of knowledge and contacts to use, expanding, supporting and nurturing Quickdox and it's introducers. Neil is increasing sales and awareness of the Quickdox brand across the internet and all media channels within the legal and financial sectors. Passionate about his role, Neil is responsible for all marketing, including direct marketing, and current activities include, exhibitions, publications and third party referrals.


	Kevin Ellaby - Operations Director Kevin makes sure everything runs like clockwork. He is responsible for the internal office operation and the recruitment, training and management of our Quickdox field agents. Kevin has more than 20 years’ experience of financial services as both a financial advisor and manager for two major financial institutions. He has also been instrumental in the development of the mortgage department for a large finance broker.


	Paul Brackenridge - Financial Controller Paul makes it all add up. Paul is responsible for all areas of finance for the business including management information and IT systems. He has over 20 years’ of experience in working and leading finance departments. Since qualifying as an accountant with KPMG he has worked in a number of business sectors from financial services with GE Capital through to owner-managed businesses in the building industry.


	Brian West - Business Development Manager - Southern Region Brian is responsible for developing and diversifying the hugely successful Quickdox proposition into new markets, specifically the credit assessment, collections and recoveries sector. As well as acquiring new introducers he manages their accounts once they have commenced business with the company. Brian has 20 years’ experience operating in the UK specialist lending arena and a track record of success across a diverse range of companies including igroup, GE Money and Swift.


	Des Styles - Business Development Manager - Northern Region Des is responsible for developing and diversifying the hugely successful Quickdox proposition into new markets, specifically the credit assessment, collections and recoveries sector. As well as acquiring new introducers he manages their accounts once they have commenced business with the company. Prior to joining Quickdox, Des had 30 years’ experience in the consumer finance market working for banks, lenders and brokers. He has held numerous senior positions in sales and operations roles specialising in consumer collections and customer service functions based in large call-centre environments.


	Jaydee Davis - Group Recruitment Manager Jaydee is a people person. She is responsible for all our internal recruitment and HR, ensures professional standards are being met and makes sure we only recruit the very best. Jaydee has more than 8 years’ recruitment experience and is qualified to REC Standards. Previously working for independent agencies for all business support roles for a range of industries throughout the North West.


	Emma Gibson - Agency Manager Our agency manager Emma actually started working for Mark Butterwick nine years ago when she joined Compass Finance as an office junior. Emma progressed through the company to Office Manager then on to processing and underwriting secured loans. Here at Quickdox Emma has enjoyed a number of roles including managing the diary team and, more recently, recruiting and training agents nationwide.
